2012 Race Team!

We would like to introduce ourselves, your 2012 ERAU Prescott Women's Air Race Classic Team competing again as Classic Racer 46!

On the left is Marlene Wessel, a senior undergraduate student majoring in aeronautical science. Marlene holds a commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine land and instrument ratings and is currently working on her single-engine add on rating. She plans to earn her CFI and CFII certificates this summer and is excited to race her first Air Race Classic. On the right is Kristine Anthony, an instructor pilot and double alumni from ERAU. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's in aviation business administration and in 2012 with a master's degree in safety science. She has been a full time flight instructor for almost two years and is returning to race her second Air Race Classic. Kristine holds a commercial pilot certificate as well as CFI, CFII and MEI.
