Yesterday we had a practice flight for the race. We flew from Prescott to Clark airport, which is in Williams. We did a low approach and a full stop landing at Clark, practiced a couple takeoffs, and did another low approach and full stop back here in Prescott. It was a lot of fun and we can't believe there's only a few more days before we leave for the race! Our plane is supposed to be in for a maintenance event tomorrow, and then we plan to fly it once before we wash and wax it.
